My name is Bill Clarke and I would like to introduce myself. I help clients development business and functional requirements for enterprise and e-business solutions and help them select the technologies to build them. I have 20 years experience managing software and services. I have managed software products for companies ranging from early stage start-ups to multi-billion-dollar industry leaders.
I have worked for, and consulted to, companies such as: Arthur Andersen, Computer Associates, Titan, Hartford Life Insurance, American Chemical Society, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Network Integrity, Inso Corporation and others. I have broad experience in all aspects of developing business and functional requirements for custom systems and commercial products.

Bill Clarke has been an independent consultant for six years and has two
decades of experience managing and developing requirements for software products. To develop
the business and functional requirements for custom software projects, Bill
uses the same techniques that have been successful in designing commercial
software products. He is familiar with a wide range of methods and
techniques, and can select the best approach for each project and client.
