Developing an SOA Roadmap
We believe that a cogent and well constructed road map is needed to get an SOA initiative off to a clean start and keep it on track. The roadmap should include the implementation of governance policies and processes, we well as design-time and run-time policies and processes. SOA is not a pure technology play. It is how you do IT - 360 degrees. The road map drives your governance model as well as your technical reference model.
