Determining your business requirements
We can perform in-depth
one-on-one interviews with key decision makers, focus groups, phone
interviews and questionnaire surveys. A typical research project typically
has four phases:
We work with you and your senior
staff to determine your objectives and suggest alternative research
approaches. Our criteria are always economy, practicality and usefulness of
the results.
The research objectives and
design meetings typically define a range of issues, subjects and questions
that need to be explored. In-depth exploratory interviews with typical
subjects help focus the issues and interview questions.
The exploratory interviews
define the interview schedule or focus group.
Your staff or management can
participate in the interviews and focus groups as needed.
Results are presented in formal
presentations and planning sessions.

The business requirements phase sets the overall
objectives and scope of the project including criteria for success, budget
and timeframe. It frequently includes a survey of potential users to
determine how you can better serve their needs and your own business
objectives. It may also include benchmark reviews of competitors. |
