New Business Process Models. For a F500 financial services company developed new business process models for sales, marketing and distribution systems for the company’s initiative to enter the European market with its annuity products. Developed business processes for: signing up new distributors, sales support, marketing programs, sales tracking and commissions, and territory management. Also develop detailed requirements for CRM system to support the European sales operation.
· Business Process Design. Business process design and staffing analysis for five separate product initiates for a Fortune 500 financial services company.

Developed business processes
for IT governance. Working with both business owners and the
IT organization developed processes for submitting,
prioritizing and approving projects and work requests. The
client company manages thousands of projects a year and
needed to re-new its process for prioritizing and managing
requests for services from its business units.

· For a F500 financial services company, developed the business and functional requirements for an extranet enterprise portal for its various product groups. This included: running requirements sessions with their product managers; developing a click-though mockup of the new portal; and producing the external and functional specification. I also served as project manager.

management software. Developed the requirements, facilitated
vendor evaluation and scoring, developed the costing analysis
and ROI analysis for this multi-million dollar investment.

underwriter workbench for a major software vendor focused on
the insurance industry.

applications for scanning, image processing, character
recognition, and automated data entry. Clients included the
Arthritis Foundation and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Requirements and
high level design for a monitor and debugger for distributed
systems. The product could trace transactions across multiple
platforms and environments. The product was sold to HP and
integrated into Openview and released as “Transaction
Monitor”.
